1. All items are on a first come first serve basis.

2. Payment are to be made within 24 hours after the confirmation or the order will canceled.

3. All prices do not include postage charges unless specified otherwise.

4. The-rest House is not held responsible for any damage made by Pos Malaysia en route delivery. We are also not liable for any loss of parcel caused by Pos Malaysia.

5. All transactions are final and all item purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. The-rest House reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice and will not be held responsible for any liabilities or damages caused due to these changes.
